Delivery charge: £2.99 per brownie box or Celebration Brownie ordered.
Delivery to: UK addresses only.
Delivery method: Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Order to dispatch: Normally 3 working days, as detailed below:
- Day 1 - Order placed before 4pm
- Day 2 - Order baked and decorated
- Day 3 - Order packed and posted
- Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class Post*
- Working days - Monday through to Saturday, not including public holidays and Sundays.
Require delivery to be delayed to a specific date? When placing order use the 'Additional Comments' box to tell us the delivery date required. We will then pop your order in the post 2 days before, to ensure it arrives in good time.
*Royal Mail 1st Class Post Terms and Conditions apply. Whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class Post in 1-2 business days, it is not guaranteed, occasionally it does take longer and is not considered late until after 7 working days. On these unfortunate occasions, please appreciate we have no control over Royal Mail.
Please note: Royal Mail has issued the following statement: 'Due to ongoing strike action, some services may be disrupted, and some deliveries delayed'. Should this occur, we know delays can be very frustrating, especially if for a special occasion. However, please appreciate we have no control over this.
Unfortunately, all our brownie boxes and Celebration Brownies are just too big to fit through a standard letter box. If no one is in, Royal Mail will leave a notification slip stating if the package was left with a neighbour or is to be collected from the local Royal Mail delivery office.
