In 2026 Naughty Brownie will be celebrating it's 10th birthday!

I am Laura Lovelock and I am the creator and baker behind Naughty Brownie. I started the business back in November 2016, after I graduated from Aston University with a degree in Business and Management. I was continuously disappointed with the brownies available from various coffee shops, cafes and bakeries so I set out on a mission to create a high quality, luxury brownie business that was dedicated to baking the tastiest, gooiest and naughtiest chocolate brownies. And being a chocolate lover myself I thought I would be up for the challenge of mastering the perfect chocolate brownie.

But before Naughty Brownie made its debut at its first ever market, which was St Nicholas Market in Bristol, I spent 6 months developing different brownie recipes which have since become the 8 signature flavours of NB, including: Triple chocolate, Salted caramel, Chocolate orange, Mint chocolate, Nutella, White chocolate, Biscoff and Classic Chocolate Brownie, which is also suitable for vegans.

Based on the last 10 year journey, I am so excited to see what the future holds for Naughty Brownie. Customer feedback and reviews have been truly amazing... so, a very big 'THANK YOU' for your support and encouragement, I really appreciate it!
